Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains how Full Stack collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, book a strategy session or work with us. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

Full Stack is a trading name of B Scaled Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. B Scaled Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Questions about your data? Email hello@fullstackgrowth.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Booking details. When you book a free strategy session, we receive your name, email address and any answers you give to the booking questions.
  • Communications. Anything you send us by email, direct message or on a call.
  • Client information. If you become a client, the details needed to deliver our services and invoice you, such as business details, account access you choose to share with us and payment records.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

  • To arrange and run your strategy session and reply to your enquiries.
  • To deliver the services you've hired us for and manage our working relationship.
  • To send invoices and keep financial records.
  • To keep our website secure and running properly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we won't add you to marketing emails unless you've agreed to receive them.

Our lawful bases

Under UK data protection law we rely on:

  • Contract, when we need your data to provide a service you've asked for, including booking a session.
  • Legitimate interests, to run, secure and improve our business and website, and to respond to enquiries.
  • Legal obligation, to keep financial and tax records.
  • Consent, for any marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • Calendly, which handles strategy session bookings.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website.
  • Our email, payment and business software providers.
  • Professional advisers such as our accountant, where needed.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

Cookies

Our own website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies needed to run the booking tool. You can read how they handle this in Calendly's own privacy and cookie policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and booking details from people who don't become clients: up to 2 years.
  • Client records: for the length of our work together and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet tax and legal requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Ask us to restrict or stop using your data, or object to how we use it.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
